This is so easy to make and cheap too! I find that, to buy it, can be a bit expensive, so thats why I make my own.
Around 1 L of oat mylk
- 100g oats
- 1 L water
- 2 dates
- ¼ tsp salt
- Mix it all together and let it rest for minimum 20 minutes.
- Blend it all together.
- Sieve it. You can use a colander (fine) or a clean dish towel.
