Oat mylk

This is so easy to make and cheap too! I find that, to buy it, can be a bit expensive, so thats why I make my own.

Around 1 L of oat mylk

Ingredients

  • 100g oats

     

  • 1 L water

     

  • 2 dates

     

  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix it all together and let it rest for minimum 20 minutes.
  2. Blend it all together.
  3. Sieve it. You can use a colander (fine) or a clean dish towel.
