‘koldskål’ or cold bowl

This is a dish that can be used as a main dish or as a dessert… you decide, lol!

It’s a milk based dish, that I veganized using vegan yogurt. you can make it with vanilla or with fruit, whatever you decide I promise that it will be yummy!

Vanilla ‘koldskål’:

2-4 servings:

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegan yogurt
  • a squish lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • stevia or syrup to taste

berry ‘koldskål’

4 servings:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen berries
  • 2,5 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • stevia or syrup to taste

 

Directions

  1. Blend it all together and serve it with granola
