These bad boys, are seriously awesome, try them, I promise you they are so good! Everyone loves them, and oh they are healthy too, no added sugar, all raw and nothing but good stuff!
Serving: a whole lot
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 ½ cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- Blend everything together in a food processor, keep blending until it sticks together into a ball.
- Now divide the mass into small balls.
- Leave them as is, or cover them in coconut or whatever you can think of.
These are perfect as a snack in the lunchbox, after a workout as an energy snack or an after school snack
